The unforgettable summer of 1956. Why is it so hot? Not a single breeze has passed the whole entire day. The usual yellow sun high up the sky seemed red today. The vastness of the blue sky, it looked like the oceans up in the heavens. I so wanted a relief from this sweltering heat. It is summer, but this weather is a bit unusual here. The weather people’s forecast is that there is no end in sight anytime soon. Beside the heat, I am so really looking forward to this camp with my church group. The thought of swimming in the lake, ahhhh I can’t wait. Some of my friends are going again this year, but some new friends I met last year are not able to come along this time.
